Welcome to FC Ponte's home webpage!

The FC Ponte Azzurri Club is an affilite of Town Plot Soccer of Waterbury. We are a Premier program for girls and boys from the ages of 14 to 18 years old.

Coach Mario Ferruchi began playing soccer at the age of 6 for the Waterbury Pontes. He practiced for 3 years before the Waterbury Pontes were entered into the Connecticut Junior Soccer League. Mario's team went 27-0 and won a State Championship. Years later the Waterbury Pontes U-19 boys were State Cup Champions in 1987 and 1988.

The FC Ponte's added the girls teams 5 years ago. The girls teams have improved every season. The Spring 2010 U17Gs had 5 players playing in College.

Tryouts will held on the following dates

Wednesday June 20, 2012 6- 730pm Boys

Thursday June 21, 2012 6-730pm Girls

Saturday June 23, 2012 11am-1pm Boys

Saturday June 23, 2012 1-3pm Girls

All tryouts will be at the Ponte Club all days
